For the existing 5-story office building from the 1960s, the design and detailed planning for the modernization, including a lighting concept and the graphic design for the interior wayfinding system, have been completed. The architectural design incorporates the facade. Existing structures and fixtures will not be completely removed; the goal from the outset is to modernize sustainably and optimize the building using contemporary design elements.

An artistic graphic design for the exterior sunshade on the facade is digitally printed in black and white onto the fabric, combining the individual design of the exterior awnings with a functional effect. Thanks to the graphic image structure, soiling of the sunshade by exhaust fumes, rain, etc., in the urban environment, remains barely visible even after years.
